Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed through retard.ink. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who you are buying from

retard.ink is an independent clothing line operated by its owner. Contact: support@retard.ink.

2. Products

All items are printed or embroidered to order. Product images are accurate vector renderings of the artwork on the garment shape; the exact shade of a blank and the position of a print can vary slightly between individual items, which is normal for made-to-order goods.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. Your cart total is recalculated on our server before payment, and that server-side total is the price you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Sales tax and any duties are added at checkout or on import where applicable.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or refund an order if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or the delivery address cannot be served.

5. Delivery

Delivery times given on the shipping page are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and faults

Our returns policy is set out in full on the shipping & returns page and forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork and site content are owned by retard.ink. You are buying a garment, not a licence to reproduce the artwork. Reselling, reprinting or commercially reproducing the designs is not permitted.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to attempt fraudulent payments, scrape at a rate that degrades service, or place orders with the intent of harassing a recipient.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
