Shipping & returns
Production
Every item is made after you order it. Production usually takes 2-5 business days for printed items and 3-7 business days for embroidered and cut-and-sew items. Shipping time is on top of that.
Shipping
- United States: flat $6.50, free on orders over $90. Typically 3-6 business days after production.
- International: flat $14.00. Typically 7-20 business days after production, depending on the destination.
- Import duties and taxes on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the print facility. Orders can ship in more than one parcel if they contain items made in different facilities.
Sizing
Garments are unisex retail fit. If you are between sizes, size up for hoodies and crewnecks. Size charts are shown on each product page at checkout.
Returns
Because every piece is made to order, we cannot restock returns of correctly-made items, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
We will replace or refund, at your choice, any item that is:
- misprinted, damaged, or defective;
- not what you ordered (wrong design, size, colour or garment);
- lost in transit.
Email support@retard.ink within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. No need to ship the item back unless we ask.
Cancellations and address changes
Contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started we can cancel or amend the order in full. Once it is in production it cannot be stopped.
Care
Wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on a print. Embroidery can be pressed from the reverse.
