Privacy

Short version: we collect what is needed to take your money and send you a parcel, and nothing else. There is no advertising network, no analytics script, and no third-party tracker anywhere on this site.
What we collect
- Order details — the items you bought, your name, shipping address, email address and phone number. We need these to make and deliver your order.
- Payment status — whether a payment succeeded, its amount, and Stripe's reference for it. We never receive your card number.
- Server logs — standard web server request logs, kept short-term for security and debugging.
Your cart is stored in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device until you ask for a price or start checkout.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — processes your payment. See Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Our print partner — receives your name, shipping address and the items to make, so the parcel can be produced and posted. They receive nothing else.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data to anyone, for any purpose, ever.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to handle returns, warranty claims and tax obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
Email support@retard.ink to get a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased. We will action it within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its hosted checkout page, which is required for payments and fraud prevention to work.
