About

retard.ink is a small independent clothing line. The jokes come from the applied-AI trenches — evals, labelling queues, roadmap slippage, the standing promise that your contract will be sorted out eventually. If you have lived any of it, you already get the shirts.

How it is made

Nothing here sits in a warehouse. When you order, the design is printed onto a blank and shipped directly to you. That means no dead stock, no minimum runs, and no landfill full of unsold XXL hoodies. It also means production takes a few days before anything ships.

Every design is drawn as pure vector type and exported at 300dpi. There are no bitmap logos, no gradients and no stock clip art anywhere in the line — which is why the prints stay crisp at any size and why the whole catalogue is monochrome on purpose.

The blanks

Mid-to-heavyweight retail-fit garments, not promotional-giveaway stock. Tees are side-seamed and hold their shape. Hoodies and crewnecks are fleece-backed. Caps and beanies are embroidered rather than printed, because embroidery outlives the joke.

Who

One person, a domain that was too on the nose to waste, and a build pipeline that lets a new design go from an idea to a purchasable garment in about a minute. If something on this site is broken or a piece arrives wrong, say so and it gets fixed.

The name

It started as a joke domain about how the industry talks to itself. Nothing on the site is aimed at any person or group, and no design in the line targets anyone. If a piece ever reads that way to you, tell us and it comes down.
